Tell us about the reorganization. Did you have layoffs? I spent time at SSL in California and did a thorough review of the strategy and pipeline on the business side and on the classified-program side. I came to the decision that it was much better to be part of our company than not. That includes anything from the 1,300-5,000-kg (2,900-3,300-lb.) range all the way up through the Jupiter 3 program, Echo-star's next satellite, which is the most complicated bus built at Palo Alto, [California]. And then on the smaller side, it's the Legion class program. The Legion constellation is the replacement and next-order growth constellation for our own Earth-observation business. In consolidating divisions, we took out $60 million in cost. We also decided a dividend wasn't the best idea for our shareholders, so we canceled the dividend. All of that saved more than $120 million this year. Layoffs affected 4% of the workforce, right around 250 people. That was especially unfortunate. We made the decisions the way we did to be more streamlined and move faster.
