While “Reaper at 20” (Feb. 8-21, p. 32) rightly identifies Neal Blue as the businessman with the idea, any MALE UAS concept discussion must also identify the technical genius that created the Amber and Gnat 750 UAS, which led directly to the Predator/Reaper/Ikhana UAS family: Abraham Karem. A good historical analogy for the relationship between these two very distinguished and accomplished gentlemen is the relationship between the businessman George Westinghouse and alternating-current technical genius Nikola Tesla during the 1880s.
