Airiines face a litany of questions each day when considering what to retrofit on an aircraft and when to upgrade to a newer, sleeker model. We speak to influences from Germanwings, Aeromexico, Emirates and Southwest, among others, about what avionics systems they've chosen to overhaui on legacy aircraft as well as what they're modifying on planes coming into their fleet in the face of new mandates, demands, systems and data.
