If you are wondering why the "The" in The Switch is upside down, you're not the only one. Maura Mottolese, president of The Switch Beverage Co., says she gets e-mails all the time asking if there is a reason behind the label's seemingly off appearance.rnBut, she doesn't give up the answer, easily. As a matter of fact, she lets fans of the 100 percent sparkling juice come up with their own answer in an online contest at switchbev.com. Contestants that provide the most creative answer win an iPhone. The No. 1 winning entry sent in from a Switch fan in Richmond, Va. said, "This is actually the Cyrillic alphabet. 'EHT' upside down means buy in Russian. It's all part of a subliminal plan to sell Switch to the Russians." So far, three cell phones have been awarded of the six being given away.
