摘要

The vessel, ITB Baltimore, finished discharging in Karachi on 25 November 2008, and began steaming westward toward the Suez Canal. In the meantime the owner fixed the vessel on subjects to the charterer for one voyage from either San Francisco or Los Angeles to the East Coast with lay/can of 24/29 December. The charterer had purchased a cargo from a supplier in San Francisco and had to take delivery of the cargo by 29 December. The subjects were lifted and the vessel fixed on 25 November. Pursuant to clause 4, the charterer named San Francisco as the load port.
