The National Biometric Security Projectrn(NBSP) has announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Rick Gill as the new CEO of the company. Gill's appointment follows the passing of John Siedlarz in April. As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of French & Company, a governmental affairs consulting company, Gill was instrumental in securing the government funding that helped launch NBSP. In addition to his service with French and Company, Gill was Sr. Vice President of GAGE International, a Business Consulting and Government Affairs firm and served as the Executive Director of two trade associations, including the IBIA.
