London's Meantime Brewery has launched a service that creates an ale personalised to your own DNA-based taste preferences. Meantime's brewmaster Ciaran Giblin tested out the method by using his own DNA to scientifically map his personal taste preferences. The service, Meantime Bespoke, will allow anyone to brew personalised beers based on their genetic code - provided they have £25,000 ($31,704) free.
