DCLG has published the Treasury's Starter Homes: Unlocking the Land Fund prospectus inviting English councils to express their interest in partnerships with the Homes & Communities Agency, which has a £1.2bn loan fund for remediating and derisking sites. The Spending Review earmarked £2.3bn to support up to 60,000 starter homes and £1.2bn of this is aimed at the Starter Home Land Fund, specifically for brownfield starter homes.
