On 29 June 2014, Aluminium Formwork Professionals Committee was officially formed to expedite future development of the aluminium formwork industry in China. In March 2013, The China Formwork Association announced the establishment of the Aluminium Formwork Sub Council to focus on the aluminium formwork industry in China. Chairman of the Sub Council, Mr Cao Ying Chun, Managing Director of TLD Metalwork said, "The establishment of the Aluminium Formwork Professionals Committee will bring experts and stake holders in the aluminium formwork industry together to discuss important issues and to formulate guidelines which will contribute to the long-term growth of the industry in China."
