(LIAONING PROVINCE) Baoneng Shenyang Global Financial Centre in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China is a mixed use development with a total investment estimated at RMB10 billion. Crowned by two towers of 565 meters and 328 meters respectively, the project will become the landmark of Shenyang, the largest city in Northeast China and the 565-meter tower will become the tallest building in Shenyang. The towers occupy a prime site to the south of the iconic TV tower, and form part of a master plan covering an area of 58.5 hectares along the famous "Golden Corridor" Youth Street in the central business district. The development overlooks Youth Park and the Nanyun River to the east. In addition to the two tall towers the complex will contain five luxury high-rise residential towers each approximately 200 meters high, above a large Iifestyle-cuIturally themed life style shopping mall.
