Prof. ZHANG Tao, an expert in industrial catalysis, has been appointed the new director of the CAS Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics (D1CP). He will succeed Prof. BAO Xinhe to take the helm of the multidisciplinary institute engaging in both fundamental and applied researches of chemistry and chemical engineering, especially with strong abilities for technological development.
