摘要

The vapor pressures of phosphorus (P) in Cu-P alloys with concentrations less than 4.4 mol percent P at temperatures between 1202 and 1476 K were investigated by double Knudsen cell mass spectrometry using Cu-0.47 mol percent P alloy as a reference substance. The P_2 pressures of the liquid and solid alloy could be measured. The series of P_2 pressures obtained in this study was consistent with that thermodynamically expected from the phase diagram.
