In order to have a working standard which complies with the TUR (Test Uncertainty Ratio) rule, i.e.: TUR≤1/3 the following compliance relations must hold: Where mpe is the maximum permissible error of the dispensing device, E is the average error found for the working standard, and U is the expanded uncertainty calculated as in the paragraph above.
