Two new species of Kensakia, K. shimodensis from Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan and K. parva from Tioman Island, Malaysia, are described and the diagnosis of the genus is revised. The autapomorphic characters that separate Porcellidium and Kensakia are discussed and the validity of Kensakia is justified.
