摘要

The center for the Study and Teaching of Writing (CSTW) at Ohio State University is an independent entity within the College of Humanities that works with instructors and students across disciplines as a support and research unit. Working with faculty is an integral part of this inherently interdisciplinary center, which houses the university writing center, the writing across the curriculum program, and the college's professional writing minor. The center seeks to partner with "teachers and researchers to create opportunities for networking, collaboration, and scholarship" (CSTW, 2007). So it is not surprising that almost all of its work is interdisciplinary.
