Hauptmerkmal von Supply-Chains ist die auf mehrere autonome Unternehmen verteilte Leistungserstellung. Die Koordination dieser verteilten Leistungserstellung ist eine zentrale Aufgabe des Supply-Chain-Managements. Eine dezentrale Koordination der verteilten Leistungserstellung resultiert häufig aus bilateralen Verhandlungen der Supply-Chain-Partner. Das Ergebnis solcher Verhandlungen wird insbesondere determiniert durch die Machtpositionen der Supply-Chain-Partner und ihre Informationsbedingungen. Es wird gezeigt, 1. wie Lieferanten in Verhandlungen mit ihren Abnehmern durch Verhandlungsmodelle unterstützt werden können und 2. welches Einsatzpotenzial der Prototyp eines softwarebasierten Verhandlungsunterstüt-zungssystems bei der Generierung von An- bzw. Gegengeboten aufweist.%This paper focuses on the coordination of order and production policies between buyers and suppliers in supply chains. Order quantities and delivery dates have to be negotiated between the supply chain partners. The results of theses negotiations are strongly influenced by the bargaining power of the parties involved. We present a software tool which supports the supplier's bargaining process. The software tool can be employed for the generation and evaluation of different offers.
