Bloomberg surveyed 26,699 MBA students, alumni, and recruiters about their goals and experiences over the past year. Based on their responses, we calculated the weightings for each of our four new indexes, so potential students can better decide which full-time U.S. MBA programs to apply to.The Compensation Index (38.5 percent of a school's overall score) uses the following measures: pay right after graduation; what alumni are earning; percentage of students employed three months after graduation; bonus size; and percentage of a class receiving a bonus.
