The most enviable perk that comes with working at Nike's world headquarters in Beaverton, Ore., is that it's easy to schedule your workday around a spin class-or football game or free swim. Unsurprisingly, the campus' 7,000 employees are encouraged to take time out of the workday to work out. There's never downtime at the two employee gyms, the Bo Jackson and Lance Armstrong. (The campus' 17 buildings are all named after Nike-sponsored athletes.) Midday sessions with a personal trainer or tennis coach-all of whom are on staff-are routine, and meetings are regularly moved to hiking trails.
