Sunil Bhoolabhai, a cosmetic dentist who perfects smiles for many of India's movie stars and glitterati, says he decided to buy his first luxury car on impulse. Last November, he snapped up a $56,600 silver Mercedes C180 sedan to pamper himself with the legendary ride of a German luxury brand.
