We all know how difficult it can be to make that final decision when looking for a new home, new vehicle, new tractor or combine, new computer, or any other piece of equipment necessary for the operation of your household or business. If you ask Janet Boot, however, she'll probably tell you that none compares to buying a farm. While visiting in the large country kitchen of the farm that Henry and Janet Boot did decide on, Janet explained, with some amusement, the long hours that went in to finding a new location for Jubilee Farm. Unlike inspecting a house, which may only take twenty minutes, looking at a farm can take two hours after the owner tours you through the barn and tells you about the herd and other interesting bits of information. After all, you are buying more than just a house, buildings and land. You are buying a part of someone else's history and livelihood.
