After a three-decade partnership, Capol GmbH has purchased the North American distribution business of Capol GmbH products. Centerchem, Inc., will continue to operate out of Norwatk, Conn. The new company will be known as Capol, LLC and will be based in Northbrook, III. Katherine Clark, formerly director of technical services for Centerchems Specialty Food Ingredients division, will lead Capolrs new U.S. division as vice president of sales.
