Corn Products U.S. will be featuring the following sweeteners and specialty ingredients at this year's PMCA conference:rnAttendees will have the opportunity to sample an assortment of sugar-free hard candies featuring HYSTAR3375 polyglycitol syrup, the most stable and cost-effective polyol syrup recommended for hard candy, and Enliten, the company's new naturally based, low-calorie sweetener derived from the plant stevia rebau-diana Bertoni. Enliten has a very high content (>95%) of rebau-dioside A, the stevia component with the best taste profile and a sweetening power of approximately 300 times that of sugar.rnAlso, learn about new and cost effective uses for Cerelose dextrose in chocolate and candy applications from Corn Products International, the world's largest producer of dextrose.
