The stainless steel magazine bin, which is water heated, is specifically designed to hold a stock of 10-lb. chocolate bars. The bars gradually melt and easily flow into the accompanying conditioning tank. From there, an automatic meter ing transfer system will move the readied chocolate to an enrober or depositor.
