The swank Explorers Club building in Uptown Manhattan has seen it's share of adventurers, scientists, businessmen as well as raconteurs mingling amongst stuffed heads of rams, bears, tigers and antelopes. It's unlikely, however, that this grand old Jacobean townhouse had ever housed so much stylish and artisanal chocolate under its roof at one time. On April 29, the Next Generation Chocolatier competition was held there, an event sponsored by sponsored by eChocolates.com, E. Guittard, Town & Country magazine, Moeet Chandon, Grand Marnier, and Casa Lapostolle as part of a series of events benefitting Sharing Village Cancer Survivor Groups in Far Hills, NJ.
