With all the innovative buzz surrounding it, 3D printing is an allur-ing industry. As with many start-ups, workers are tempted to put in long hours; also, the line between work and non-work activities can easily become blurred. Most of the companies working in 3D printing are young and fast growing, and are therefore less or-ganised. With a variable staff, organisation among workers is dif-ficult. This raises concerns about reasonable pay, working hours, and safe and clean working conditions. (...)
