China has great potential in developing its petroleum and natural gas industries, Vice-Minister of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) Zhang Baoguo said at China International Petroleum & Petrochemical Industry Summit held in Beijing on September 21. He added China has comparatively rich oil and gas resources, and has good prospects for future development. The summit was jointly hosted by China's big-four oil companies - CNPC, Sinopec, CNOOC and Sinochem. Zhang delivered a speech titled "Prospect for China's Sustainable Oil Industrial Development and Investment Opportunities" at the summit.
