On the occasion of International Standard Day, China Technical Standardization Development Strategy ant) National Technical Standardization System Construction Senior Forum was held in Beijing from September 26th to September 28th. Jiang Zhenghua, vice-chairman of the Standing Committee of National People's Congress, attended and addressed in the opening ceremony. Wan Guoquan, former vice-president of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, was present. Pu Changcheng, deputy director of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of P.R.C. delivered a speech in the opening ceremony. Relative officials from Ministry of Science and Technology were also present.
