摘要

The molecular hybridization of nucleic acids is widely used in the detection and purification of specific sequences, especially for the isolation, purification and chromosomal localization of genes and their expression products. The subtractive hybridization, namely the hybridization for screening of the group-specific (differentially expressing) nucleic acids species from various tissues and cell lines, is a very important tool for the studies of tumor molecular biology and the tumor suppressor genes.
