Flexible circuits have played an invaluable role in the world of electronics design over the years as a preferred medium for making electronic products thinner. Some of those products have risen to near cult status such as the low profile cell phones that have become almost as much a sign of status as a communication device and the ubiquitous MP3 players that adorn the ears and necks of an entire generation of young people.
