In February ASCE stood with Representative Earl Blumenauer (D-Oregon) in support of a bill that would raise the gas tax rate that funds our transportation system. Representative Blumenauer, along with more than 20 co-sponsors, introduced the "Update, Promote, and Develop America's Transportation Essentials" (UPDATE) Act.
