Rojkind Arquitectos, an architecture firm located in Colonia Polanco, Mexico, has unveiled a design for a 33-story tower featuring a honeycomb exterior that at its base will extend like the roots of a tree. The tower will be constructed as part of City Santa Fe, a mixed-use project that will be located on a former landfill in the fashionable Santa Fe district of Mexico City. Although design work has not yet been completed, the first phase of construction is scheduled to begin in 2007.
