摘要

We have around 250 waste management practitioners located in 15 countries around the world. For us to continue to deliver the consistent quality services our clients expect, it is essential to work as one team globally. My role focuses on the sharing of knowledge, enhancing our visibility both internally and externally, unlocking innovation, developing business through client engagement, and safeguarding technical quality through the fostering of best practice and professional excellence. While I still work as a waste consultant, my normal working week involves calls with my regional practice leaders to discuss key global waste opportunities, as well as reviewing the current work being undertaken to ensure that any technical or commercial challenges are resolved. Not only does our waste management practice provide services in the core area of waste management, it also works across our core business areas on projects in the transportation, construction, advisory, health and nuclear services sectors.
