Leaves are falling from the trees, children are back to school, the evenings are drawing in. The summer has departed and taken with it Theresa May and her government. Boris Johnson is the new Prime Minister with a totally reshaped cabinet. Theresa Villiers, MP for Chipping Barnet, has stepped up to become Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, while Michael Gove is the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster. Defra's Therese Coffey has also been promoted to fill the gap in the Department for Work and Pensions left by Amber Rudd's resignation as Secretary of State.
