A difficult job this... should I start by re-running all the"political"issues that effected Hako a few years ago in order to explain why the new team at Hako UK has done such a good job since? Or would that only serve to stir up the past and make their job even tougher than it might otherwise be? In a way, we have to discuss the history of any brand in order to be able to understand what we now see before us today, don't we? But oddly, in the case of Hako, there was never any great issue with either"the brand"or the products. All the past "issues" seemed to relate more to "people" and "chemistry", which for me, at least, made the whole thing so sad.
