It's my contention that there are two kinds of people: those "what do" and those "what talk about what they think should be done". By which they mean what the rest of us should do, while they"do" meetings and seminars. What's this got to do with waste and recycling? Good question, and it's more than you might think in that the "attitude" of at least some of those who get paid to look after the rest of us can sometimes seem to spiral away from reality and logic as soon as they get promoted. Is it ego? Believing your own press releases? Or that thing about power corrupting? I've no idea. But to be on the safe side, I do all I can to try and ensure that nobody mistakes me for anyone"important"and I get to keep my feet firmly on the ground.
