In case you missed it, Cloud Sustainability ran a webinar with CIWM last month entitled Extracting Value from Waste Data. Hosted by CIWM's chief executive, Steve Lee, the idea was to capture thoughts and insight from a range of industry experts on the topic of waste data. As Steve pointed out early on, there are considerable cross-sector drivers on the improvement of waste data, and this is clearly an area we anticipate significant focus and on in the short and medium-term. The session introduced experts from a range of distinguished, yet complementary backgrounds, all with something unique to say on the data topic, and we were fortunate to hear from Karen Wordsworth, director at KPMG; Tom Campbell-White, commercial manager at DS Smith; Deborah Sacks of Sacks Consulting; and our own associate director at Cloud Sustainability, Rob Bresler.
