摘要

Jim Baird is Chair of Waste and Resources in the School of Engineering and the Built Environment at Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU). A Chartered Waste Manager, Trustee of the Institution and a Chartered Civil Engineer, as well as Vice President of CIWM, he has worked in the waste sector for 17 years. Prior to that he worked at the Water Research Centre. His interests in waste are broad but he has a focus on working with local authorities and the management of waste data.
