In this year's Great Waste Survey you told us that food waste would still be a priority for 2013, that you're still in favour of alternate weekly collection... and not in favour of the DCLG's fund for weekly collections. Incentives are better than fines to encourage recycling and that landfill bans would have the biggest impact in the next 12 months. You said, overwhelmingly, that there aren't enough waste and recycling facilities being built in the UK and that a lack of investment/funding and public attitudes were mostly to blame.
