The CIWM Cymru Conference, held on 6 March, saw the waste management industry flock to Cardiff to discuss the opportunities and challenges in moving towards a circular economy. Griffiths (pictured centre), delivered the keynote address, in which he revealed that the country was in the process of proposing two pieces of legislation; the Sustainable Development Bill and the Environment Bill.
