The health and Safety Executive (HSE) has published the annual statistics concerning workplace injury and ill-health in Great Britain in 2011/12.Remarking on the reduction in the amount of enforcement notices served by both HSE and local authorities in 2011/12, the British Safety Council (BSC) has said it supports "enforcements" when helping to "ensure that our health and safety laws are complied with and the good standards of health and safety management are maintained," Alex Botha, chief executive of the British Safety Council, commented.
