It's my job here at MVO to spot new trends, evaluate them and sample new bits of kit on your behalf. So far, so good. But what happens when we both come up against policies peddled by Government agencies, EU bureaucrats or bands of well-meaning, but often naive, do-gooders? Obviously, none of us want to screw the planet to the point where all life is threatened. But sadly, asking whether pur attempts to recycle a few bins-worth of material each week and a few expensive environmentally-friendly vehicles to collect 'em is really going to make much of a difference, when multinational logging and mining operations continue to wreck entire ecosystems, isn't currently seen as a fashionable question to ask. But we should.
