WRAP seem to have consistently demonstrated an innate ability to adapt to changing government policy and strategic objectives. It is clear that the Government see WRAP as a key body, if not the key body, in delivering its waste and resources objectives and targets, both as an independent body and crucially in partnership with the many organisations in the sector.
