The steadily increasing numbers of separate collections of food waste among Welsh households has come as a major boost to Wales' aims of meeting its waste strategy targets. According to recent figures, 80 percent of Welsh households can now keep tabs on the amount of food they throw away, with the Welsh councils rendering separate collection service to some of their residents.
