A Recnt visit by the Environment Secretary, Caroline Spelman, and Communities Secretary, Eric Pickles, to see Windsor and Maidenhead's recycling reward scheme in operation has given the clearest indication to date of the new Government's support for such schemes.rnBoth Ministers praised the scheme, which offers rewards from partners such as Marks & Spencer and Cineworld and is worth up to ￡135 per year for householders, as "the right way to encourage householders to recycle waste".
