Vehicle of the Year in last year's CIWM Awards for Environmental Excellence was the Eco Sweep 360, manufactured by Wolverhampton-based Industrial Cleaning Machines (ICM). Catching the eye of the judging panel were not only the environmental benefits of the vehicle - zero emissions, low noise and dust free operation-but also the low maintenance and running costs compared with its diesel equivalent.
