The annual clean City Award Scheme (CCAS),for waste producers in London's square mile has always been about working in partnership with the businesses involved and encouraging them to work with their waste.When the Scheme began it was focused on ensuring that all waste was left on the street in a neat and tidy fashion no earlier than half an hour before collection.
