I am fortunate to be working for a large, privately owned waste management organisation, just west of Brisbane, with involvement in many issues from skip operation to landfill management. Having been here for almost a year, it seems like only yesterday that I left the rain behind. The sun shines every day here, which is an invigorating morale booster when you're on walkabout in the landfill.
