Siyaram Silk Mills has announced its financial results for the period ended December 31, 2011. The company has posted a net profit of Rsl3.2 crores for the quarter as compared to Rsl5.9 crores for the quarter ended December 31, 2010, a decrease of 16.98 per cent. Total income was at Rs 221.96 crores compared to Rs 228 crores in the same quarter last year. The company has reported an EPS of Rs 14.09 for Q3, 2011 as compared to Rs 16.97 for the quarter ended December 31, 2010.
