摘要

Textiles improvisation is a continuous process, because of the increasing standard of the worldwide. Especially, dramatic growth in sportswear market has significant implications for the textile industry. Demand in lifestyle of every end user looks for high levels of comfort, attractive design and easy care, not only in daily used garments, but also in active wear and sportswear. Recently developed functional Fibres, innovations in new structures and garments contribute substantially to the wearing comfort of these type of clothes. Nowadays, from very simple microfibers to much more complex fabric structures are effectively used in sportswear garments.The paper will focus on the textile Fibres specially designed for activewear and sportswear. The fibres used for sportswear in order to enhance performance and properties of sportswear will be discussed.
