It is found that nature has preserved colour contents in various parts of plants which are occurring in plant kingdom. For gaining the lucrative effect on the fabric surface we extract natural colour and applied on fabric with the help of mordant. This natural dye are found ample in nature and can be applied on fabric by using very simple method which can save the cost of dyeing. The only thing is required for this natural dye is the adaptability of this dye content to the surface of fabric. In this study trails have been taken to dye cellulosic fabric with extracts produced from diamond fruit hull and babul seeds by using various mordant with hot brand and cold brand techniques.
